PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Butterfly valve, include Lug type, wafer type, flange type and Triple eccentric type products been produced in WINDUS enterprise, the Lug and Wafer type Butterfly valves are designed for shutoff and isolation service of liquids and gases, thin profile, on center disc provides high flow capacity. Body wall thickness confirms to the requirement of ANSI class 125 and AWWA standards.

Our 3 Inch butterfly valve series is the newly developed long life and energy saving products, the sealing is metal to metal or seal ring to metal, stainless steel plate and composite graphite to metal. Suitable for working condition of high temperature and high pressure. It is widely used in petroleum, natural gas, piped gas and medicine food industry.

It is also a fire safe butterfly valve with the advantages of simple structure, reliable sealing, easy opening, long life and easy maintenance.

DESIGN FEATURES:

1. The pneumatic actuator butterfly valve adopts the grooved clamp joint and the corresponding pipe fitting to install the pipeline. There is no need for welding, no need for second galvanizing and second installation during construction.

2. Light weight, small number of bolts and easy to place.

3. Reliable, scientific and reasonable agency plan, unique c-type rubber sealing ring and triple sealing ensure the reliability of joint sealing.

4. It is a stainless steel butterfly valve that uses the trench clamp and the corresponding pipe fitting for construction. Only mechanical assembly is required, no welding is required, and there is no open fire.
